copo do mundo semis

so they were right in expecting an all-european semis for the world cup this year. i recall reading somewhere that there has never been a non-european country to actually win the cup when held on european soil. either that, or at least it's been decades since one succeeded. i forget exactly which. well... still holds this time.

adeus, brasil. i was looking forward to a match between the defending champions and their mother country, portgual. none of that now.
